Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you take the photos?
I typically visit the school a few weeks beforehand to scout out the perfect outdoor spots with great lighting and appealing backgrounds. For indoor photos, we’ll discuss backdrop options and setup areas during the planning process.
What happens if it rains?
Rain is every photographer’s nightmare! Don’t worry—we’ll schedule backup dates in advance to keep things running smoothly.
Do you offer class photos?
Yes! Class photos can be included in the galleries for parents. Whether or not to include them is entirely up to the school.
What about makeup photos?
I’ll schedule a separate day to return for makeup photos for any students who were absent. Retakes can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
What's Christie's Pricing?
Pricing is competitive and a bargain for the beautiful portraits you get! Remember, schools don't pay a dime and Christie only makes $ from sales.
Pricing depends on the school size, but *usually* is:
-Package A - (1) 5x7 print, (1), 4x6 print and (8) wallets for $40+tax
-Package B - (1) 8x10 print (1) 5x7 print, (1), 4x6 print and (8) wallets for $55+tax
-Package C - Digital Package - All images taken of student in color and black/white $55+tax
-There is usually a minimum order of $35+tax.
